Senior Stuff Nurse Medical Test Date
On the noticeboard the authority mentioned the date. So, if your registration number has included in the list, you will able to medical test. According to the notice board we saw that the Senior Stuff Nurse Medical Test will held on 22 August, 2020 to 30 August, 2020.
What is needed For Medical Test ?
Suppose, your registration number has included here. Then you have to send a letter to the authority. If any candidates failed to send the letter, she has to connect with the Ministry of Health officials.
Document Needed :
- Applicants have to present their both side (Front/Back) X-ray to the board.
- You have to carry Eye Certificate Report which is tested by an Eye Specialist.
- You have to paid 20 Tk for Urin test.
Note : Applicants must have to brought the Admit Card.
